Submit your request by clicking on the "guarantee form" button
and stating the reason you are returning the product.
- The €9.90 delivery and transport charge can be paid: either by bank card or by cheque.

You can also pay by card by telephoning 04 77 30 60 60.
If you pay the delivery and transport fee by cheque, please be sure to include the cheque in your package.
- Please be sure to send us only the handle (without the screws or blade) along with your till receipt (invoice),
remembering to state your name, address, telephone number and reason for return, to the following address:

• If your FoOlee® is less than a year old (from date of purchase)
Our technicians will deal with your request on receipt of your FoOlee®.
If the return was justified, we will send you a new handle, along with a full reimbursement of the €9.90 charge.
• If your FoOlee® is more than a year old (from date of purchase), the guarantee still applies.
You will only have to pay the €9.90 delivery and transport fee.
We will deal with your request as quickly as possible. The guarantee is not valid without a receipt.

If your return was not justified, we will send the handle back to you and you will remain liable for the delivery costs.
